UK Postage And Packing
We charge £1.00 for postage and packing of items that cost £15.00 and below in total, and £2.00 for items that total above £15.00 to £35.00.We charge nothing for the postage and packing of items that come to above £35.00 in total cost.
Items to the total value of £35.00 and below will be sent by Royal Mail First Class post. Items totalling above £35.00 will be sent by Royal Mail Special delivery.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receiving it. I will refund, providing the goods are returned in an unused, perfect condition, in their original packaging. Earrings are not returnable for hygeine reasons. In the case of earrings, as part of a necklace set, if you wish to return the necklace you may, and we will refund you the cost of the necklace minus £5.00 for the earrings.
In the unlikely event that an item is received damaged, please contact us immediately, so that a refund or exchange can be arranged.
When returning items, we strongly recommend a recorded delivery service is used.We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
